All SLH hotels are available through Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo/Galileo and Worldspan under the chain code ‘LX’.
We offer an in-house reservation and service desk from Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm local time. Our VIP Reservations Executives are based in London, New York and Brisbane and can be reached by phone and email and can assist you with:

Reservations for member agencies and rate codes of the luxury consortia programmes: FHR/THC, Virtuoso, Signature Travel, Travel Leaders / Travel Leaders Select and Traveller Made
Reservations for member agencies of the SLH Preferred Agency Programme withIN
Building itineraries with multiple SLH hotels
Finding solutions for sold-out dates, long stays and special accommodation requirements
Bookings on hold
Detailed hotel information and room descriptions
Rate and availability discrepancies
Additional services such as transfers, local flights and boats and destination experiences
Reservations under the Increased Commission offers
Exclusive Use enquiries and reservations for private and corporate events, weddings and more (only available via the VIP Desk)
Groups and MICE enquiries and reservations (only available via the VIP Desk)
All reservations require an IATA/TIDS or SLH ID. If you do not hold an IATA/TIDS and require an SLH ID, please click here.

Amendments & Cancellations
If you have made a reservation on the travel agent website or through the VIP Desk, you can amend or cancel your reservation on Manage my Booking. Cancellation charges may apply according to the rate policies booked.

Commissionable reservations cannot be made via the SLH App, nor the slh.com mobile.
