We are pleased to introduce the Small Luxury Hotels of the World™ Preferred Agency Programme: withIN. 287 hotels are currently participating in the programme. See SLH withIN hotels. The aim of the programme is to gather the very best agencies in the world to perfectly match the world’s independent travellers with the world’s most individual, intimate and intense hotel and travel experiences.

Joining the community is by invitation-only.

withIN Joining Criteria

  • The criteria to qualify is based on brand association, booking-history and pattern and potential volume into the portfolio and if portfolio of agency clients matches the independently minded ethos of SLH.
  • This invitation may not be passed on to any unaffiliated agencies.
  • There is a minimum participation period of 12 months for both the agency and the SLH hotel.
  • 3 months’ notice to withdraw from the programme can be given at any time after the requisite 12 months participation.
  • To stay withIN you must meet a total amount of business set by the SLH sales team.
  • Agencies without an IATA/TIDS will be allocated an SLH ID.
  • Conditions may be amended by SLH at its sole discretion from time to time without notice to withIN members including without limitation to the Benefits and membership threshold.
  • Members must check these Conditions for changes each time they intend to use withIN.

  • The program is based on best available rate with the inclusion of exclusive benefits and upgrades.
  • Commission level at 10% on standard room types / 15% on suite types (based on booked room type).
  • Subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights.
  • Rates are only visible to withIN member agencies.
  • Qualifying booking channels are the GDS and the SLH Voice Reservations Team.
  • SLH withIN rates are prioritized in the GDS and Voice reservation listing.
