Terms and Conditions for #mayihave

By taking part in this competition, eligible participants confirm that they accept the following terms and conditions:

To be eligible to enter this competition, participants will need to have made a booking at a Small Luxury Hotel of the World™ hotel and have booked via an SLH booking channel.  The booking must be for a minimum of one night and during the promotional period of 1st May to 31st May 2016.  Only one entry, per person, per booking.  The booking must be in the participant’s name.  The SLH #mayihave competition will be limited to 5 winners.  Each winner will be contacted individually by an SLH employee.  The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferrable.  If the winner chooses not to partake in the experience granted the prize will be forfeited by the winner.  Any incidental costs incurred by the winner not representative of the prize will be at the winner’s own expense.

SLH, the promoters, reserve the right to withdraw the promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to customers for doing so. 

By entering this competition the entrant is agreeing to allow SLH to promote the win on their social media channels and any other publicity material. SLH has the right to use any imagery posted by the winner, in association with the competition, in their marketing channels.
