The rumours are true – The Club of SLH has officially changed to INVITED. Don’t worry – we like to keep things simple at SLH, so there’s only one simple rule to INVITED: the more you stay, the better it gets. Here are some FAQs to help you understand our exciting new loyalty programme and how the changes will affect you. 

How is INVITED different? INVITED has evolved The Club into a more robust loyalty programme that not only delivers consistent benefits across SLH properties, but that personalises your experience more with each and every stay. INVITED is run by one major principle – the more you stay, the better it gets!

What happens to my current tier status? Your existing membership will remain in our loyalty programme. We have migrated you to your equivalent INVITED tier to ensure you won’t lose your current status or benefits. Special is now INVITED, Loved is Inspired and Honoured is Indulged.

What will happen to my current club account? You will need to register your details at slh.com once you have received an email notifying you that your membership is changing. This should have been automatically sent to you using the email address assigned to your account. Once received, you need to reset your password to activate your INVITED membership.Alternatively click here to reset your password.

Where can I find my membership ID number? You don’t need your member ID to update your membership to INVITED. Your new member ID will be sent to you in an email once you have changed your password using the link sent in the INVITED email mentioned above. Alternatively you’ll be able to view your membership number when you’re logged into your INVITED account.

How do I qualify for INVITED benefits during my stay? To enjoy INVITED benefits, you need to have set up your INVITED membership at slh.com. Once this has been done, you need to login to your account when booking via SLH.com or state your membership ID to the SLH reservation team when booking over the phone.

How can I see the progress of my INVITED membership? You can see your reservation history and future reservations online by logging in to INVITED and selecting My Activity. Accounts are updated 3 days after your departure date.
