Things to do
The viewpoint on Phi Phi Don gives you a spectacular bird’s eye view of the whole of Koh Phi Phi. You’ll find a shop at the top selling snacks too. While you’re on the island, the Tsunami Memorial Garden is a moving and tranquil place to visit.
Wherever you dive you’ll find coral reef teeming with multi-coloured fish, as well as playful turtles. There are underwater caves, canyons and spectacular limestone pinnacles to explore. You’ll find all the equipment and advice you need at the many diving shops on the islands.
If you’ve come here to relax, why not make sure your whole body gets the full treatment? There are lots of spas on the islands, and you can choose anything from a full body massage to a pedicure, with a backdrop of paradise all around you. Book a traditional Thai massage at your luxury beach resort and unwind to the sounds of the sea.
You’ll probably see people cliff jumping while you’re here, and you can find organised cliff jumping tours on the islands. It’s best to take things easy to begin with – just jump in feet first.
