Harbour Village provides the luxuries of breezy open spaces, privacy and solitude. With low-rise guest accommodations, alfresco dining, outdoor activities and private experiences, we can bring back the wonderful carefree feeling only a Caribbean vacation can deliver.
Arrivals will feature no more than four guests in the airport shuttle per trip, a more expedient and physically distanced check-in, as well as communication via WhatsApp with the front desk throughout the stay.
Staff training is underway including COVID-19 prevention & identification protocols, procedures for frequent hand washing and no hand shaking. A simultaneous internal campaign is being launched with all employees to follow the same recommendations outside the resort and at home.
Enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols are in place, focused on anything a guest would touch, including but not limited to light switches, door handles, telephones, TV remotes, reception counters, room and beach furniture.
Hand sanitizer dispensers are available in strategic locations around the resort such as the hotel entrance, front desk, restaurant entrance, dive shop, fitness center, and other public areas. Staff are all equipped with PPE.
