We visited the Château de Fère-en-Tardenois to spend some quality time as a couple. We were amazed by the quality of service offered by the staff, constantly asking us whether we were missing anything, giving us advice on how to best spend the day and take advantage of the great amenities offered by Read more[SPLIT]Read lessthis fortified castle. Specifically, we fell in love with the suite (very typical of the period, with stone walls). We spend a lot of time in the Spa as it has everything you need (hammam and sauna as well), and sunbathed, from time to time, at the swimming pool that sits really next to the Castle. We also visited the ruins, for which we are genuinely fond of, and it was a strong relief to take our breakfast outside every morning and be able to contemplate them. All in all, it was as good as on picture (if not better!), and the service was exceptionnal. We'll come back!

A little bit out of the way in an amazing scenario, the castle is beautiful and the ruins as well. The don’t have air conditioning and was too hot in sep so I asked to change room and the second room they gave us was really beautiful, modern renovated. The first on the third floor was beautiful as Read more[SPLIT]Read lesswell but too hot you can’t sleep in there. If you open the window they don’t have nets so mosquitos can come inside. We arrived too lato so we didn t have the opportunity to eat at the restaurant that close at 21, next time In general staff and owner are very kind, we loved to stay in this hotel I asked for cheese veggie and wine in the room, very good quality food Breakfast buffet limited obviously because of less guests due to COVID. I think 5e breakfast girl can explain properly to new guest that you can order eggs and so on..we asked and the told us but I think that girl doesn’t speak English

The hotel is located in a unique area next to the ruins of an ancient castle. We were upgraded to the King's room/suite and this was un unforgettable experience. Everything was perfect: the staff, the restaurant, the room, the other guests. Highly recommended!

A beautiful castle in a very large, nice park. The staff was very friendly. We got a room upgrade. Breakfast and dinner is expensive. The service was excellent, the quality of the food is good but not extraordinary.

The service was exceptional at reception, in the restaurant, spa and all other areas. We took our young daughter and they provided an excellent bed with mattress as well as good high chairs. Heating up food and cleaning bottles was no problem for them. Plus they were able to book a baby-sitter Read more[SPLIT]Read lessfor us so that we could make the most of the spa facilities.
