From the soaring ceilings to the carved white columns, there’s a sense of grandeur about COMO The Treasury. The buildings have housed state government offices for the past 140 years. Today, this cosmopolitan boutique hotel combines modern styling and preserved period features. With a luxury spa, views of the iconic Town Hall from the pool and two restaurants, it’s a haven and social hotspot in one.

The 48 elegantly appointed guest rooms and suites are designed by internationally renowned Kerry Hill Architects to reflect the highest standards of international luxury and average in size at a spacious 75 sqm. In each are huge windows, custom-made beds and freestanding bathtubs. For dinner, choose between the convivial atmosphere of Post, or modern fine dining in Wildflower. In between, the Treasury Lounge and Bar is a relaxed spot for afternoon tea or cocktails after dark.

COMO The Treasury is set within Cathedral Square – putting you at close quarters with Perth’s historic heart and contemporary soul. You’ll be near to city-centre sights, from St. George’s Cathedral to Perth Concert Hall. City Rooms are airy, peaceful rooms located in the Treasury wing, complete with a large custom-made bed with Egyptian cotton.

The rooms offer views of Perth’s cityscape or the Treasury courtyard. Facilities include bathtub, walk-in shower, COMO Shambhala amenities, minibar, air conditioning, laptop size safe, multimedia hub and complimentary WiFi. Average room size: 50 square metres.

Heritage Room

Sleeps: 2 People.

Heritage Rooms are elegantly proportioned are in the Titles, Lands or Treasury wings, with views of Cathedral Square, Stirling Gardens, the city or the Treasury courtyard.

They feature oversized windows flooding the room with natural light, bathtub, walk-in shower, minibar, air conditioning, laptop size safe, multimedia hub and complimentary WiFi. Average room size: 60 square metres.

Heritage Balcony Room

Sleeps: 2 People.

Heritage Balcony Rooms are east-facing and located in the Lands and Titles wings, featuring French doors leading to either Juliet or walk-out balconies overlooking Cathedral Square.

Two of these rooms have fireplaces. Facilities include bathtub, walk-in shower, minibar, air conditioning, laptop size safe, multimedia hub and complimentary WiFi. Average room size: 55 square metres plus balcony.

Treasury Room

Sleeps: 3 People.

Treasury Rooms are spacious and in the Treasury and Titles wings, overlook Cathedral Square, Stirling Gardens or the city.

A number offer views of the Swan River, and all have a sitting area that can accommodate either an additional bed or a cot, bathtub, walk-in shower, minibar, air conditioning, laptop size safe, multimedia hub and complimentary WiFi. Average room size: 75 square metres.

Treasury Balcony Room

Treasury Balcony Kings are spacious corner rooms are situated in the Titles Wing and feature five sets of French doors opening onto north and east facing balconies.

These rooms have generous sitting areas, large bathrooms with bathtub and walk-in shower, minibar, air conditioning, laptop size safe, multimedia hub and complimentary WiFi. Average room size: 70 square metres plus balcony.

Studio Suite

Sleeps: 3 People.

Studio Suites have an abundance of space, giving the feel of a home away from home. Each has unique features and styling, such as truss ceilings, dormer windows and wood detailing.

Treasury Suites are in the Treasury wing and offer a residential feel. Large light-filled bedrooms are complemented by a separate sitting room.

COMO Suite represents the ultimate in luxury accommodation, overlooking St Georges Terrace and Stirling Gardens, and includes a living area separate from the bedroom.

Wildflower will see Executive Chef Jed Gerrard deliver a menu of contemporary European dishes revolving around the Australian indigenous system of the six seasons.
