When we checked in, we were upgraded to a suite with partly seaview, very nice and much appreciated. The suite was very well equipped with all you need both for a short or for a longer stay. In the afternoon cookies are served in the reception area and they were soooo good. Breakfast could be improved Read more[SPLIT]Read lessby adding more greens like fresh tomatoes, cucumber etc. Very friendly and helpful staff and we will certainly be back to this hotel when we are in the area.

The rooms are spacious. The location is great right on the water. The grounds are beautiful. The service was unmatched. Such a nice departure from large chain hotels.

Even before we arrived I had corresponded with Mike, the manager, and he was very helpful with recommendations and also very accommodating to our schedule. We had a two bedroom ocean view room, and it could not have been nicer. Upon arrival, there was a welcome cheese and fruit platter in the fridge, Read more[SPLIT]Read lessabsolutely perfect as we had driven down from LA and it was between meal times. All the staff we interacted with were so pleasant. WiFi was excellent. Location - right across from the cove path, and very walkable to the downtown restaurants. The absolute best was that Mike arranged for us to have a late checkout as we were taking the red eye home, and this allowed us to be leisurely and enjoy the last day in comfort. The included breakfasts were tasty and varied, and it was fun to have the menu on our fridge the day before. The Balinese decor was very pretty. Absolutely would stay here again. Thanks to all, you have made a very lovely hotel even better with the service.
