INVITED PROGRAMME

What is INVITED?

INVITED is our member loyalty programme at SLH. We don’t like to overcomplicate things, so there’s only one rule – the more you stay with us, the better it gets. We believe in making each experience better, and INVITED rewards you each time you make a booking on SLH.com or through our SLH Voice Channel.

Does INVITED cost anything to join?

INVITED is free to join.

Do INVITED members receive Membership Cards?

You don’t get a card, but you do get the INVITED feeling! When booking via our reservations team over the phone, don’t forget to provide your membership number to your agent to ensure you receive your INVITED benefits. If booking via the SLH website, simply sign into your account for full access to your benefits.

How do I qualify for INVITED benefits during my stay?

To enjoy the benefits of your INVITED membership, simply log into your account when booking via SLH.com or state your membership number to our reservation team when booking on the phone.

How do I upgrade my profile from Intrigued to Inspired?

Intrigued members are required to complete 3 qualifying nights within their tier year in order to upgrade to Inspired.

How do I maintain Inspired tier?

Inspired members are required to complete at least 3 qualifying nights within their 12-month tier period in order to maintain status.

How do I upgrade my profile from Inspired to Indulged?

In order to become Indulged, members are required to complete at least 9 qualifying nights or spend $6,000 USD within their 12-month tier period.

How do I know if I have reached a new tier?

Upon qualifying for a new tier, your account status will be updated within 72 hours.

Can my membership be downgraded?

If you have not made the required minimum nights within the 12-month tier period, your profile will be downgraded to the tier below and your account status will be updated within 72 hours. When downgraded, a new 12-month tier-period starts. For more information please refer to our terms and conditions.

MANAGE MY INVITED ACCOUNT

I want to update my password - where do I go?

To reset your password, go to the INVITED login page and select 'Forgotten Password' then follow the instructions to reset your password.

I need to change my email address – where do I go?

To change your email address, please log into your INVITED account on slh.com and within the ‘My Details’ page you will be able to change your email address.

I can’t access my account, what can I do?

This might happen if you have initially signed up using an email address and password, then later used a social account (such as Facebook) to log in but you have not verified your account via the verification email. In order to use your social login account, please click on the link in the verification email that you received when you signed up.

I have not received a verification email or I am unable to verify my account, what can I do?

If you are unable to find the email please check your junk email folder. Alternatively, log in using your username and password and request another verification email via the notification that appears under the notifications bell. When your account verification is completed – you will be able to use your social accounts to login to the INVITED system.

I forgot my membership number, how to find it?

Your membership number is displayed on your INVITED homepage.

Why should I update my preference information?

The more we know about you, the more we can spoil you. Tell us what would really make a stay at SLH special for you, and we might just make it happen!

How do I terminate my membership?

Send an email quoting your membership number and the reason why you want to end your membership with us at invited@slh.com.

BOOKINGS

What are qualifying and non-qualifying nights?

A qualifying night is part of a qualifying booking made through SLH reservation channels; SLH.com or through the SLH Voice Channel using your INVITED membership number at the time of booking. The booking must be made by the Member to be completed by that Member personally. A non-qualifying night is part of a qualifying booking made directly with the hotel; wholesale/tour operator packages; rates that aren’t publicly available; contracted airline crew rates; travel industry rates (including but not limited to travel agent discount rates); $300 reward night vouchers; bookings made via an online travel agent or any other stay that is not reserved through SLH reservation channels; SLH.com or SLH Voice Channel.

Why can’t I see my booking on my membership account?

Qualifying bookings will be displayed on your account 72 hours after you depart.

I’ve booked more than one room. Will both bookings receive INVITED benefits?

INVITED member benefits will only apply to the room the member is residing in. When booking more than one room with the Members Only Rate, the total party needs to have the member present at check-in and stay in one of the rooms during the full duration of the stay.

If you are travelling with another person, why not get them signed up to INVITED? By attaching their membership number to their room, they will also enjoy INVITED benefits during their stay.

I’ve booked more than one room using a $300 Reward Night Voucher. Will both bookings receive INVITED benefits?

INVITED member benefits will only apply to the room the member is residing in. When booking with a $300 reward voucher, the total party need to have the member present at check-in and stay in one of the rooms during the full duration of the holiday.

How to amend or cancel an existing reservation?

I don’t think all my bookings have been included to my membership?

If you think a booking is missing from your profile, please contact INVITED at invited@slh.com with details of your stay. Please remember that for a booking to qualify and appear on your member account, your reservation must have been made via the SLH website or SLH Voice Channel. Online reservation engines and bookings made directly with the hotel do not apply.

I have just completed a booking. Can I leave a review on the SLH website?

If you have made a qualifying booking, we will email you 3 days post stay with an invitation to leave a review on the SLH website. If you haven’t received your request to review a hotel, please email INVITED at invited@slh.com. Please note bookings made outside of SLH reservation channels will not receive an invitation to leave a review.

I have recently stayed at an SLH hotel and didn’t receive all of my exclusive benefits?

Our hotels are all independently owned and sometimes, due to hotel occupancy, the following benefits are subject to availability at time of check-in: early check-in, late check-out and room upgrade. Always be sure to let the hotel know you’re an INVITED member at check-in to ensure you get the INVITED treatment.

What are the early check-in and late check-out details?

Booking a qualifying reservation via the SLH reservation channels entitles you to an early check-in at 12pm and a late check-out at 2pm, subject to availability at the hotel.

How do I get the continental complimentary breakfast for two?

Inspired and Indulged members are entitled to a daily complimentary breakfast for two at their hotel when booking a qualifying night via the SLH reservation channels. The hotel will be notified to offer you this benefit ahead of your stay.

What are INVITED member exclusive promotions?

From time to time SLH will run member exclusive promotions. Only INVITED members can participate in each exclusive promotion. Just look out for member exclusive promotions on slh.com or via INVITED newsletters.

What are Insider Events?

From time to time SLH will run exclusive SLH events. When you reach Indulged tier, you will get the chance to be invited to events that SLH are hosting. SLH events will run on a periodic basis, meaning that there may not be one immediately available.

$300 Reward Night Vouchers?

In order to receive a $300 reward night voucher, you are required to reach Indulged status. As an Indulged member, you are required to complete another 12 nights OR $6,000 spend within your tier year, whichever you reach soonest in order to receive an additional $300 reward night voucher. The voucher will be issued within your account 14 days once you have departed your 12th night or $6,000 revenue spend.

How to redeem your $300 Reward Night Voucher?

All booking requests must be pre-booked at least 14 days in advance of check-in directly by emailing invited@slh.com with your preferred hotel, stay dates, room type and number of guests. Our reservation team will get in touch with you to make the booking.
