Outstanding

It was a special occasion and the hotel made it even more special as they remmebrred and left some fruits. Greatly welcomed on arrival excellent breakfast superb views super comfy bed and pillows free shuttle to the Medina but also great view of the Medina

The décor is chic, the setting intimate and the flavours distinctly Moroccan in L’Amaraz. In Relais de Paris, chefs serve up classic French cuisine using fresh, seasonal ingredients. On a warm evening, ask for a table on the terrace to look out across the rooftops as you dine. In between, enjoy nibbles and admire the city views from beneath the soaring arches of the Arcades.

Jungle Bar

Its situation on top of one of the surrounding hills allowing a breathtaking view of Fez together with its lush green and golden interior and exterior design makes it the ideal venue for a special celebration or the spot to just relax. Discover wide selections of Tapas- a carefully selected wine and cocktail offer or the homemade Sangria while seated at the chic bar- the comfortable niches or the inviting terrace.

Amaraz

Served Meals: Breakfast Amaraz invites you to sample gourmet Moroccan cuisine in a setting in tune with the spirit of the place. Under the beams of the vast dining room- screens divide the space to enhance the privacy of the tables. Located on the ground floor of the hotel.

Relais de Paris

Served Meals: Lunch, Dinner With lunch- dinner as well as a number of private dining options available- Relais de Paris has an informal chic atmosphere serving a Parisian brasserie menu that will particularly appeal to red meat lovers. There are 50 seats inside and a further 50 on the terrace.

Arcades

The white marble bar beneath the arches makes an ideal setting for socialising- people watching and enjoying a laid-back lunch- afternoon tea or dinner.

Spa

The temple-like Givenchy Spa at Hotel Sahrai takes tranquillity to a new level. Low-lit and luxurious, it has everything from an authentic vaulted hammam to a must-try zellige Jacuzzi. Unwind after a day exploring with an indulgent treatment, using essential oils of mint, rose and argan – a Moroccan speciality.
