our first encounter with staff was Richard who greeted us in the parking area. he was amazing engaging and set the stage for our stay. I can't imagine a better ambassador for Lutron Hoo.

Former stately home steeped in British history

The decor is grand and very flattering especially in the evening, staff friendly and observant, the concierge team also helped arrange a clay pigeon shooting lesson on short notice which was fantastically fun.
