Or pack a picnic (and a bottle of wine) and head to Lac des Escarcets, just a few minutes from the Ultimate Provence estate. It’s a perfect spot for bird-watching among the scented pine trees. Then explore acres of trails on the Maures plain, winding through vines and valleys on a mountain bike or on horseback.

A quiet retreat to enjoy the Provence countryside

We loved the Provence countryside experience, the vineyards, the olive trees and the wooden slopes of the Massif des Maures We particularly liked the large heated outdoor pool and the restaurant's terrace facing sunset.

Beautiful hotel, setting and wine

Fantastic from start to finish. The hotel is on a stylish wine estate with rooms and communal areas to match. The rooms are cleam, comfortable and spacious. Small but excellently executed menu at the restaurant with great wine from the estate. Would recommend for couples, friends or families.

Served Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Chef Romain Franceschi is inspired by the concept of bistronomy- this Corsican chef challenges classic culinary codes with his daring style. In the beautiful 50-seat dining room or on the vast 150-seat rooftop with panoramic views of the estate- meals and snacks can be enjoyed throughout the day. In the morning- the breakfast buffet takes its sweet time and starting at noon- hotel guests can enjoy a poolside lunch. At five- Happy Hour cocktail menu at UP Lounge is an ode to long summer evenings.

La Table du Chef

Pop up restaurant opened from the 1st of June till 15th of September. Gastronomic table set on the private terrace of the kitchen of the Chef where grows his plants and aromatics herbs. 8 courses menu based on the local and seasonal products. Only upon reservation 48 hours before. Prices euros excluding drinks and 125 euros with wine pairing. Restaurant open from 7 30 to 9 30 PM.

Breakfast

Served Meals: Breakfast Breakfast from 7 30 to 10 30 breakfast buffet mixed salted and sweet dishes and live cooking for eggs omelettes and more. Price 25 euros.

UP Pool

Open every day from 10 30 to 7 00 PM. Light menu lunch served salads burgers mixed grill dish of the day sandwiches and more served either on the sunbeds or on the pool deck. From 15th of June from 04 00 PM till 08 00 PM DJ set and lounge sitting for the aperitif Barbecue every Saturday from 12 30 till 04 00 PM at 42 euros per person.
